the trail map to your dream brand

Welcome! I’m so excited at the potential of being part of your brand’s journey. Crafting a visual identity that truly reflects your story is such an incredible adventure, and I can’t wait to collaborate with you to bring your vision to life. Here, you’ll find all the details on what to expect as we work together to create something meaningful and uniquely yours. Let’s get started!

01

Onboarding

First, fill out the contact form linked below—it’s a quick way to share your goals and ideas so we can start off strong. Then, we’ll schedule a casual meet-and-greet (email, phone, or video chat—your choice!) to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll chat about your vision and talk through the details of your project, from the deliverables you need to the timeline you’re hoping for.

Afterward, I’ll put together a proposal tailored just for you. Once everything looks good, we’ll finalize the Service Agreement and get your deposit squared away. Then it’s official—your branding journey is underway!

Creative Direction + Brand Strategy

Once the deposit is all set, I’ll send over the Brand Foundations Questionnaire. This helps me get a clear picture of your goals and vision, giving us the direction we need to move forward with designing. I’ll also set up a shared Pinterest board where you can pin all the inspiration that speaks to your brand—photos, colors, logos, anything that sparks creativity and feels so you. This is where I get to see the vibe you’re dreaming up, so don’t hold back—include anything and everything that resonates!

Next, I’ll dive into some research to identify design styles that align perfectly with your business’s strategy. I’ll put together 2–3 unique style direction mood boards for you to review. These boards will outline key elements like typography, color palette, and layout style, giving us a clear vision for the overall vibe of your brand. Once you choose the direction that feels right, I’ll jump into the creative phase and bring your vision to life.

Designing + Revisions

Now comes the juicy part! I'll start sketching and digitizing your initial logo options based on the approved mood board. Each logo will come with its complementary variations and mockups, so you can visualize how it’ll look in real-life applications.

You’ll review the first round of concepts and select the direction you’d like to move forward with. Your feedback is key here to ensuring everything aligns with your vision, so once we have a clear direction, I’ll make any revisions needed to perfect the design.

If you’ve opted for the Trailblazer or Summit package, we’ll repeat this process for additional elements like icons, brand patterns, and other collateral—fine-tuning each piece until everything is juuust right.

Finalizing Your Brand

Once each element of your brand identity is approved, I’ll prepare all of your files in the formats you need for both web and print. At this point, the final payment will be due.

After that, I'll send you your final files, including your Brand Style Guide, ready for download. Your Brand Style Guide will be your go-to resource for maintaining consistency—covering logo usage, color specifications, typography, and more. It’s designed to ensure you can confidently use your brand across all platforms.

Lastly, I’ll send a quick feedback questionnaire to make sure you're happy with everything and to help me refine my process for future projects!
